Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Nocterra" / "we" / "us" — refers to the vehicle hire business operating under the name Nocterra, registered in Singapore at 238 Thomson Road, #06-12, Novena Square, Singapore 307683.
• "Client" / "you" — refers to the individual or organisation making a booking or enquiry with Nocterra.
• "Service" / "Hire" — refers to any vehicle hire arrangement provided by Nocterra, including Afternoon Leisure Drive, Corporate Shuttle Service, and Wedding Procession Package.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any written booking confirmation or service proposal provided by Nocterra.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking enquiry, confirming a booking, or using Nocterra's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

Service Description

Nocterra provides vehicle hire services in Singapore, including:

• Afternoon Leisure Drive — Self-driven hire for up to 5 hours, including vehicle delivery and in-cabin comforts. Starting from SGD 420.
• Corporate Shuttle Service — Full-day chauffeur service with a dedicated driver for up to 10 hours. Starting from SGD 950.
• Wedding Procession Package — Multi-vehicle wedding-day service for 1 to 5 vehicles, typically 6–10 hours. Starting from SGD 2,500.

Services are available within Singapore. Geographic restrictions or surcharges may apply for certain locations; these will be confirmed during the booking process.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Nocterra. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing.

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment terms will be outlined in the booking confirmation. For corporate accounts, invoicing is available on a monthly basis subject to prior arrangement.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for bookings not yet confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed in writing, the quoted price will not be changed except in cases of material changes to the scope of the service.

Cancellation and Changes

Changes to confirmed bookings are accommodated where operationally possible. We ask that significant changes be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Minor adjustments on the day (such as a change in drop-off point or timing) will be handled at the driver's discretion and with reasonable good faith.

Cancellation terms vary by service type and will be outlined in the booking confirmation. As a general guide:

• Cancellations made more than 5 business days in advance: full refund or transfer to another date.
• Cancellations within 2–5 business days: 50% of the confirmed booking value may be retained.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the hire: up to 100% of the confirmed value may be retained.

Wedding procession packages have specific cancellation terms detailed in the service confirmation, given the level of advance preparation involved.

Client Responsibilities

• For self-driven hires, clients must hold a valid Singapore driving licence or an International Driving Permit recognised in Singapore. Clients are responsible for confirming their eligibility to drive prior to the hire date.
• Clients are responsible for treating the vehicle with reasonable care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a charge for repair.
• Smoking is not permitted in any Nocterra vehicle.
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery (full-to-full policy). A top-up charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
• Clients must provide accurate information regarding schedule, venues, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Nocterra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission. Your use of this website does not grant any ownership rights in any of the content or materials displayed.

Disclaimers

Nocterra provides vehicle hire services in good faith and to a professional standard. However, we do not represent that any specific outcome or experience will result from use of our services.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or specialist advice of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Nocterra's liability in connection with any service or booking is limited to the value of the confirmed booking.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services, including delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, force majeure events).

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct discussion. If resolution is not reached informally within 14 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore, and any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
